valcom-v-1030c-gy
Valcom V-1030C-GY 5-Watt Paging Horn (Gray)

The Valcom V-1030C-GY is a 5-watt self-amplified paging horn for warehouses, shops, parking lots and other loud spaces, indoors or out. It has its own amplifier and volume control, so it takes a line-level paging signal and runs on Valcom's -24 V power.

This is an analog speaker, not a network device. It doesn't connect to your network or register with the phone system on its own. It connects to a Valcom paging interface like the V-9972, and it needs a 24 V supply such as the VP-2124D. If you want a horn that plugs straight into a PoE switch, look at the Algo 8186.

Specifications

Type

Analog, self-amplified, one-way

Amplifier

Built-in 5 W RMS with volume control

Input

600 Ohm

Power

-24 VDC, 300 mA

Loudness

116 dB at 4 ft (-10 dBm input, 1 kHz)

Frequency response

225 Hz to 14 kHz

Dispersion

120 x 90 degrees

Environment

Indoor or outdoor, -4 to 131 F

Mounting

Omni-Lock base, 360 x 160 degree aim, wall or electrical box; I-beam clamp included

Dimensions

7.38" x 10" x 10.4"

Manufacturer part #

V-1030C-GY

UPC

799111001449

Good to know

Each horn draws 300 mA at 24 V.
