Common questions
Yealink or Crosstalk phones?
Both are standard SIP phones. Crosstalk phones are built by ClearlyIP, provision with zero-touch setup through the free Clearly Devices module for FreePBX, and carry a 2-year warranty. Yealink has the wider lineup, including DECT cordless and conference phones.
Do the phones come with a power adapter?
Most desk phones don't. They run on Power over Ethernet (PoE), so one cable from a PoE switch handles both network and power. If you don't have a PoE switch, each product page lists the matching adapter, and the accessories page has them all.
Will these phones work with my phone system?
Every phone we sell is a standard SIP phone, so it registers to FreePBX, Yeastar and most hosted phone platforms. If you aren't sure about yours, email shop@crosstalksolutions.com before you order and we'll check.
