The Poly Edge B20 is the lowest-cost Poly phone we carry. It has a 2.8" monochrome screen, up to eight SIP line registrations, dual Gigabit ports and PoE, which covers a lobby, warehouse or break room phone.
It's the open SIP version, not the Microsoft Teams or Zoom edition, so it registers to a standard SIP phone system or hosted VoIP service. Some features depend on what your platform supports.
The B20 has no color screen, no USB and no Bluetooth. If you want those, the Edge E220 is a small step up in price.
