The Poly Edge E550 is the E500 with dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 added. It has a 5" 800 x 480 color screen, 12 line keys that page through up to 34 SIP lines, and takes up to two Poly Edge E expansion modules for up to 132 more contacts. It's a good reception or executive phone.
It's the open SIP version, not the Microsoft Teams or Zoom edition, so it registers to a standard SIP phone system or hosted VoIP service. Some features depend on what your platform supports.
On Wi-Fi there's no PoE, so the phone needs a power supply.

Good to know
- No power adapter in the box. The phone runs on PoE. To use Wi-Fi, or at a desk without PoE, you'll need a Poly power supply. Contact us and we'll confirm the right part.
