The Yealink BH74 is an on-ear stereo Bluetooth headset with active noise cancellation, made for open offices and people who split time between home and the office. Six microphones handle background noise on your side of the call, and the battery runs up to 32 hours of talk time.
It ships with a BT51C dongle and a USB-C/A adapter, so it plugs into a USB-C or USB-A port on a computer or phone. On Yealink phones, Yealink lists support through the BT51 dongle, with answer and hang-up from the headset, on the T44U, T44W, T54W, T58W, T73U, T73W, T85W, T88W and T88V Pro. It doesn't work with the T31G and T33G, which have no USB port and no Bluetooth.

Good to know
- This is the UC version, which works with Yealink phones and most softphones and UC apps. Yealink also makes a Microsoft Teams-certified version. Contact us if you need that one.
- A charging stand version exists. This one ships without the stand.

Frequently asked questions
Does the Yealink BH74 have active noise cancellation?
Yes. It has hybrid active noise cancellation, plus Yealink's microphone noise cancellation so the other side hears less of your room.
Does the BH74 work with Yealink desk phones?
Yes, through the included dongle on Yealink phones with a USB port, with answer and hang-up from the headset. It doesn't work with the T31G or T33G.
