Algo 8028 SIP Doorphone Kit (G2)
The Algo 8028 is a two-piece SIP doorphone: an outdoor door station and an indoor controller. The controller connects to your network on PoE and registers with your PBX as a SIP extension. The door station connects back to the controller over a single twisted pair, up to 1,000 feet, so it's a good retrofit where an old analog doorphone is already wired.
Because the door relay lives in the controller, inside the building, someone at the door can't pull the station off the wall to open the lock. The relay is rated 1 A and can supply 24 VDC to a door strike when the controller is on PoE+.
