Algo 8196 PoE+ SIP Horn Speaker
The Algo 8196 is the louder, expandable version of the 8186 horn. It needs a PoE+ (802.3at) switch port, and in return it delivers 16 W of audio power and 119 dB SPL when used on its own.
Up to three Algo 1196 satellite horns can plug into the 8196 with ordinary patch cables, up to 50 feet apart. The satellites share the 16 W and the one SIP registration, so you can cover a large warehouse or yard without a network drop and a license for every horn. If a standard PoE port is all you have, the Algo 8186 runs on 802.3af.

Good to know
- Registers with your phone system as a standard SIP extension, so it works with most on-premise and hosted PBXs.
- A standard 802.3af PoE port isn't enough for this one. Use an 802.3at (PoE+) switch port or injector.
- The 1196 satellite horns are sold separately.
