The Poly Edge E100 is the entry point to the Edge E line. It has a 2.8" color screen, two line keys that page through up to eight lines, dual Gigabit ports and Poly's NoiseBlockAI noise reduction. It suits a lobby, break room or any desk where someone mostly makes and answers calls.
It's the open SIP version, not the Microsoft Teams or Zoom edition, so it registers to a standard SIP phone system or hosted VoIP service. Some features depend on what your platform supports.
The E100 has no Bluetooth. If you want to pair a wireless headset or a cell phone, the Edge E220 adds Bluetooth and doubles the line keys.

Good to know
- No power adapter in the box. The phone runs on PoE. No PoE switch? Choose "With power adapter" above to add the Poly 5V/3A power supply.
