The Poly Edge E220 is a compact desk phone for standard users. It has a 2.8" color screen, four line keys that page through up to 16 lines and contacts, dual Gigabit ports, and Bluetooth 5.0 for a wireless headset or your cell phone.
It's the open SIP version, not the Microsoft Teams or Zoom edition, so it registers to a standard SIP phone system or hosted VoIP service. Some features depend on what your platform supports.
The E220 has no Wi-Fi, and its USB-C port is for media and storage, not a sidecar. For more line keys and a bigger screen, step up to the Edge E320.

Frequently asked questions
Does the Poly Edge E220 come with a power supply?
No. The E220 runs on PoE (802.3af). If you don't have a PoE switch, add the Poly 5V/3A power supply.
What is the difference between the Poly Edge E100 and E220?
Both have a 2.8" color screen. The E220 adds Bluetooth 5.0 and has four line keys (up to 16 lines) instead of two (up to 8 lines).
