The Valcom V-1030C-GY is a 5-watt self-amplified paging horn for warehouses, shops, parking lots and other loud spaces, indoors or out. It has its own amplifier and volume control, so it takes a line-level paging signal and runs on Valcom's -24 V power.
This is an analog speaker, not a network device. It doesn't connect to your network or register with the phone system on its own. It connects to a Valcom paging interface like the V-9972, and it needs a 24 V supply such as the VP-2124D. If you want a horn that plugs straight into a PoE switch, look at the Algo 8186.

Good to know
- Each horn draws 300 mA at 24 V. Add up the speakers on a run when you size the power supply.
- This listing is the gray model. Valcom also makes beige (V-1030C) and marine white (V-1030M).
