The Yealink AX83H is a cordless handset that runs on your Wi-Fi network instead of a DECT base. It registers directly to your phone system over dual-band Wi-Fi 6, and it supports 802.11k/v/r fast roaming so it can move between access points without dropping a call. It fits shops, warehouses and offices that already have good Wi-Fi coverage.
Call quality depends on that coverage. Where Wi-Fi is spotty or busy, a DECT system like the W73P is the safer choice. Yealink rates the battery at up to 9 hours of talk time. For wet or dusty work areas, the AX86R is IP67 rated.
