Yealink SIP-T54W Wi-Fi & Bluetooth IP Phone
The Yealink T54W is a power-user phone for receptionists, office managers and anyone juggling a lot of lines. It has a 4.3" color screen that tilts, 10 line keys, dual Gigabit ports, and both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth built in.
The T54W's Wi-Fi is the older 802.11n standard. It works fine for voice on a good network, but if you want Wi-Fi 6, look at the Yealink T85W. For a busy reception desk, add up to three EXP50 sidecars, and a DD10K dongle turns the phone into a base for up to four DECT handsets.

Frequently asked questions
Does the Yealink T54W come with a power supply?
No. The T54W runs on PoE (802.3af Class 3) and there's no adapter in the box. If your switch doesn't supply PoE, add the Yealink 5V/2A power supply.
Does the Yealink T54W have Wi-Fi 6?
No. The T54W has dual-band 802.11n Wi-Fi, which handles voice well on a solid network. For Wi-Fi 6 in the same class, look at the Yealink T85W.
How many sidecars can the T54W use?
Up to three EXP50 expansion modules, for 180 extra programmable keys. One module runs off the phone, and two or three need the 5V/2A adapter.
Can the T54W work with cordless handsets?
Yes. A Yealink DD10K DECT dongle turns the T54W into a base for up to four DECT handsets.
Does the Yealink T54W work with FreePBX?
The T54W is a standard SIP phone, so it registers to FreePBX, Yeastar and most hosted phone platforms. If you aren't sure about yours, email us before you order and we'll check.
