Yealink W80B Multicell DECT Base Station
The Yealink W80B is the base station for Yealink's W80 multicell DECT system. Where a single W70B runs out of range, a W80 system spreads bases across the building and handsets roam between them mid-call. A W80 system is one W80DM DECT Manager plus up to 30 W80B bases, for up to 100 handsets and 100 simultaneous calls.
Every W80 system needs one W80DM, which runs the system and its web portal. Then add W80B bases until the building is covered. Yealink's deployment toolkit helps find where each base should go.

Good to know
- Needs a W80DM DECT Manager. A W80B can't run a system on its own.
- Yealink lists the power adapter as optional, so plan on PoE.
- Handsets need minimum firmware to join a W80 system (for example W73H 116.85.0.25, W78H 16.85.0.5, W57R 118.85.0.5).
- RT30 repeaters are single-cell only. Add another W80B to extend coverage.
- Yealink DECT only works with Yealink DECT. It won't pair with another brand's handsets or bases.
