The Yealink WH62 is Yealink's entry-level DECT wireless headset. It comes in a mono version that covers one ear and a dual version that covers both. The base connects to your desk phone and your computer at the same time, so one headset handles both phone calls and softphone or UC calls.
The WH62 is the only Yealink wireless headset in our store that includes the cable for the T31G and T33G, which have no USB port. On the T44U, T44W, T54W, T58W, T73U, T73W, T85W, T88W and T88V Pro, it connects over USB and you can answer and hang up from the headset.

Good to know
- On the T31G and T33G, Yealink lists the WH62 with the telephone cable in the box, with call control from the headset. The EHS35 adapter is also supported.
- This is the UC version, which works with Yealink phones and most softphones and UC apps. Yealink also makes a Microsoft Teams-certified version. Contact us if you need that one.
- Want a touchscreen base with a speakerphone? The WH66 uses the same style of headset on a larger UC workstation base.

Does the Yealink WH62 work with the T31G and T33G?
Yes. Yealink lists the WH62 for both phones using the telephone cable that comes in the box, with call control from the headset.
What is the difference between the WH62 Mono and Dual?
The Mono covers one ear so you can still hear the room. The Dual covers both ears and runs a little longer, up to 14 hours of talk time versus 13.
Can the WH62 connect to a computer?
Yes. The base connects over USB to a PC and to an IP phone at the same time. Two USB cables are included.
