The Poly Edge E500 is the top of the Edge E line for receptionists and power users. It has a 5" color screen, 12 line keys that page through up to 34 SIP lines, dual Gigabit ports, and it takes up to two Poly Edge E expansion modules for up to 132 more contacts.
It's the open SIP version, not the Microsoft Teams or Zoom edition, so it registers to a standard SIP phone system or hosted VoIP service. Some features depend on what your platform supports.
The E500 has no Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. The Edge E550 adds both.

Good to know
- No power adapter in the box. The phone runs on PoE. If you need a power supply, contact us and we'll confirm the right Poly part.
